If every single rehab and detox hadn’t told me how “terrible” methadone was, I would’ve had years of sobriety. However I stand on my own two feet today as a man that’s been sober for almost 90 days after a lifelong dependence on prescription pain medication and later on drugs off of the street as many folks know, this is the funneling of addicts who go from legitimate doctors to pain management and get cut off like I did because of my insurance and end up living like a junkie. I thank God every day of my life that he showed me the way and that I finally ended up at a methadone clinic that saved my life when nothing else ever worked in almost two decades of my addiction. We need to end the stigma surrounding methadone because more and more people die every single day. I can’t even count how many friends I’ve lost to opioids.

I was fortunate to meet Neil twice 2003 and 2019 a truly wonderful gifted musician and he was happy to chat not just for 10 or 30 seconds but 10 minutes! we discussed the innes book of records which he said would never get a DVD / Blu ray release, unfortunately due to the fact so many copyright problems With the BBC which is unfortunate. Hahaha acquiring QCom??? WTF Good luck w/ that! Former 6 year engineer checking in here. Simply not going to happen. I personally met Paul years ago……. These guys are brilliant beyond compare but they won’t touch QCom and it’s ridiculous portfolio of IP is has gotten over the years by buying up startups. Case in point? I was an engineer at Airgo Networks in Palo Alto for years before they bought us. Money? I can’t say, Airgo was a privately held company. But we were the backbone of 802.11N.. specifically MIMO (which in no way is a new concept, our CEO just happened to apply the concept to WiFi. Our biggest competitor was Atheros who was operating at 5 GHZ (The air is cleaner at 5 GHZ Was their motto) we beat the pants off of them (they weren’t using MIMO but rather band stealing to increase bandwidth… we’re talking like 2007….. obviously since then WiFi has just literally become as ubiquitous as Ike water or air… and we were behind it. Mark… nice man and what not and I wish him the best…. FFS he was our CEO. But he’s not acquiring QCom…. He’d be the best man for something like that to happen of course, but I highly doubt it
